Booking Confirmation

A 30% deposit is required to reserve a vehicle. The balance must be paid before vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 72 hours before collection — 90% refund

• Between 24–72 hours — 70% refund

• Less than 24 hours — No refund

• Failure to collect the vehicle — No refund

Additional Terms

• Prices are quoted in USD.

• A valid driving licence and identification are mandatory.

• Fuel, parking fees, toll charges and traffic fines are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

• Late returns may attract additional charges.
