• Incomplete applications may result in delays or rejection by the relevant authority.
• Cancellation before submission of an application — 80% refund of the service fee.
• Once an application has been submitted to the relevant authority, service fees become non-refundable.
• Government processing fees, embassy fees, visa fees, passport fees, biometrics fees and any other statutory charges are strictly non-refundable.
• Processing timelines are determined solely by the Government of Kenya.
• Passport approval, issuance and delivery remain the responsibility of the issuing authority.
• Naman Tours & Adventures Limited facilitates the application process but cannot influence processing timelines or approval decisions.
• Visa approval or rejection is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee visa issuance.
• Clients are responsible for meeting all visa requirements for their intended destination.
• Processing timelines are determined by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) or the relevant issuing authority.
• Applicants must attend biometric capture or any required appointments where applicable.
• Collection procedures will follow the guidelines issued by the relevant government agency.
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise indicated.
