Booking Confirmation

• A minimum 30% deposit is required to confirm most bookings unless otherwise stated for a specific service.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the service unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged by Naman Tours & Adventures Limited.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

• Refund eligibility depends on the specific service booked and the applicable service policy.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method where possible.

• Government fees, park entry fees, visa fees, passport fees and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless refunded by the respective service provider.

Pricing

• Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on this website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).

• Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier pricing, exchange rate fluctuations, government taxes or operational costs.

• A final quotation will be provided before confirmation of any booking.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information and travel documents.

• It is the client's responsibility to ensure passports, visas and any other travel documents remain valid for the intended journey.

• Clients must comply with the laws, regulations and policies of destinations visited.

Service Changes

Naman Tours & Adventures Limited reserves the right to substitute accommodation, transportation, activities or itineraries with comparable alternatives where circumstances beyond our control require operational adjustments.

Force Majeure

Naman Tours & Adventures Limited shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations or service interruptions resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, civil unrest, government directives, airline disruptions, pandemics or other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

While every effort is made to ensure safe and enjoyable travel experiences, Naman Tours & Adventures Limited shall not be liable for loss, theft, personal injury, damage to personal property or delays caused by third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control.
